Our Office
Our office is conveniently located on Lakeville Rd. and is accessible via all major roads. We are proud of our office, which fully utilizes state of the art equipment. We have a modern sterilization system that surpasses OSHA requirements. The source of water for our dental units is distilled water (bottled water), which removes any change of contamination from regular tap water like that used in most dental offices.
Our friendly and competent staff is dedicated to patient comfort and quality of care. We provide the best and latest in dental technology and treatment options. We provide gentle, family-oriented dental care to the adults and children of this community. We utilize the best equipment sterilization techniques available to dentist. In addition to general dentistry and cosmetic dentistry, we work with specialists in Periodontics (gum diseases) Implant dentistry, and Endodontic (root canal treatment), Surgery (extraction of wisdom teeth with IV Sedation), Orthodontics (braces) as well as other specialists.
Our team emphasizes comprehensive quality care and preventive dentistry.

Stephanie Miller – Office Manager
Stephanie has been in management for the past 11 years, working with both dental and medical practices. As an office manager, she knows great care starts with a welcoming office, clear communication, and smooth operations. Building trust with patients, as well as her team, and knowing she’s helped create an environment where they feel valued and cared for is the most rewarding part of her work. In her free time, she enjoys cheering on her son as he plays soccer and competes in track. One of her favorite hobbies is geocaching — she loves the adventure, problem-solving, and exploring new places.
Michelle Mease – Front Desk
Michelle works at the front desk handling scheduling and treatment coordination. She enjoys the energy of a busy office and helping patients get the care they need.
Mary Willett – Front Desk
Mary worked at another local dental office for 15 years as a treatment coordinator for the owner of the practice and some of the other dentists. She took a year off and landed here, and she loves the environment. Mary is also a dog mom to three white boxers.
Samantha Bailey – Dental Assistant
Samantha is a dental assistant originally in Geneseo (she also assists in Wayland and Livonia), and she primarily assists Dr. Savidis. She’s also pre-dental, so she’s here to learn while preparing for dental school, having applied this cycle. She enjoys how kind and caring the doctors are and how kind the patients are. It always makes her happy when they can help patients restore their confidence in their smile.
Michelle DeLeeuw – Dental Assistant
Michelle is a Dental Assistant with many job attachments. She loves having interaction with the patients and making them feel comfortable. At the end of the appointment, she loves to see them smile.
Norene Lagana – Dental Hygienist
Norene has been a hygienist for almost 40 years! The best part of the profession, for her, is educating her patients. She also loves watching the families from the office grow up over the years.
Morgan Harrell – Dental Hygienist
Morgan graduated from Binghamton University with a Bachelor’s in Biology before falling into a job as a dental assistant. They decided to return to school for dental hygiene, graduating from SUNY Broome in 2018. Family Dental Care of Geneseo has been a great fit for Morgan, and they enjoy working with their coworkers, who are all very team-oriented and put patients first!
Melissa Boone – Dental Hygienist
Melissa has worked in the dental field for the past 20 years as both a dental assistant and registered dental hygienist. She works directly with patients and loves that she’s able to have an immediate and long-term impact on their oral and systemic health. She’s also fluent in Korean, in addition to English. The teamwork and dedication to patient care is what she loves about the office!
MacKenzie Mistretta – Dental Hygienist
Being a dental hygienist is truly MacKenzie’s calling in their work life. They enjoy all aspects of their office, even on the most stressful days. Their patients are such amazing human beings and are always so appreciative of all the work the team puts in every day. MacKenzie also can’t say enough about the amazing staff they work with — they all help each other make it through the days, and the laughs they constantly share make their day. They speak English and know some ASL as well, which helps them connect with even more of their patients.
Lisa M. Messerschmitt (Haugh) – Dental Hygienist
Lisa is a dental hygienist, and she’s been in the profession for 30 years now. She loves the friendships she’s built with her patients, and giving them quality care is her passion.
Lisa Andreotta – Dental Hygienist
Lisa has been in the dental field for 43 years, 32 of them as a registered dental hygienist. She likes to develop a connection and build trust with her patients so they understand the importance of their oral health, and she works to motivate them toward positive outcomes. She’s caring and honest, and brings that to every patient interaction.
Gwen Ashley – Dental Hygienist
Gwen handles patients’ new insurance information, checks their eligibility, and helps with any claims that she can. She also assists the front desk when the office is busy, and she loves how their office has such great teamwork. They’re quick to solve problems, and their patients are always very satisfied when they leave.
Elizabeth Duryea – Dental Hygienist
Elizabeth assists the doctors, turns over rooms, and handles sterilization. What she enjoys most about working with patients is getting to hear their stories and meet new people. What she enjoys about the practice team is that everyone works together like a family.
Dan Doaga – Dentist
Dan enjoys working with patients and his great team! He’s been a partner with Roligo since 2024. He speaks English and Romanian. As Dan likes to say, he works hard and plays hard!
Costina Pitts – Dental Hygienist
Costina is a dental hygienist who loves putting patients at ease and keeping them comfortable and calm throughout their visit. Making the experience relaxed and gentle is what she enjoys most. She’s fluent in both English and Romanian. And as for her personal life — she is cool, but her kid is cooler!
Bridgette Knights – Dental Hygienist
Bridgette has been with this office for almost 6 years. She can do many things, from chair-side assisting to front desk. She likes helping her patients feel happy about what they’ve done and good about themselves when they leave. Outside of work, she loves boating and spending time at the beach.
Our Doctors
Dr. Dan Doaga
Dr. Doaga has been practicing general dentistry in the Geneseo, Rochester, NY area for more than 15 years. He was born in Romania and grew up in a small town on the Danube River.
He completed his dental technician degree in 1995 and then his DDS in 2001, both at the University of Carol Davila. After graduating, he came to the Unites States and settled in Seattle, WA where he was accepted in a fellowship program in prosthodontics at the University of Washington.
In 2005, he moved to Rochester for a two-year advanced education course in general dentistry at Eastman Dental Center. After that he also did a one-year general practice residency at Strong Memorial Hospital, University of Rochester.
Away from the office, Dr. Doaga enjoys music, movies, sports, cooking and spending time outdoors with his young family. He and his wife Diana have been happily married for over 10 years and remain busy with their young children Alex and Jacob and their activities within the community.
Dr. Lenny Santos
Dr. Santos was born in the Dominican Republic and moved to the United States with her family at the age of 10. Here, she learned the language and met many great friends.
Her family then returned to the Dominican Republic where she decided to study dentistry at Pontifical Catholic Mother and Teacher University. There she had an amazing learning and work experience; however, her heart was in the United States. She loved the culture and all the great things America represents.
She returned to the states and continued her studies and training in dentistry. She completed an advance education program in general dentistry at the University of Rochester, Eastman Institute for Oral Health. She then completed a general practice residency at the University of Rochester, Strong Memorial Hospital.
She is now happy to call Western New York her home. She fell in love with the warmth of its people and the beauty of the area. She has dedicated her time here to giving her very best to her patients, to listening, to truly understanding their needs and desires and providing them with care with respect and humility and without judgment.
When she’s not providing dental care, she loves hiking and exploring the area with her husband, visiting her family and hosting family get-togethers.
Dr. Karen Milla
Dr. Milla was born and raised in Honduras. She came to the United States 9 years ago. She finished dental school while in Honduras and practiced dentistry there for a couple of years.
Dr. Milla was then accepted in a speciality program in Endodontics in La Salle University in Mexico. After she finished the speciality program, she decided to move to the U.S. to be closer to her immediate family.
She completed a two year program in Advance Education in General Dentistry at the University of Rochester, Eastman Institute for Oral Health, and a one year General Practice Residency at Strong Memorial Hospital.
In her free time, Dr. Milla enjoys spending time with family and friends, cycling, hiking with her beloved dog Maya, reading, and traveling.
